Novel coronavirus (covid-19) health alert
IMPORTANT UPDATE 07/07/20
We are still encouraging as many people as possible to stay home, practice social distancing and self-isolation for possible infectious upper respiratory symptoms.
The doctors have all returned to the practice, however we are still doing as much as possible by telehealth for your safety and ours. This will continue until at least September, pending any government updates.
If you do wish to see your doctor in person our reception staff will initially book you in for a telehealth consultation and your doctor will organise a time for you to come in, if they see necessary.
Vaccinations, wound dressings and other essential services are still operating so please speak with our reception staff regarding these concerns.
From Monday the 20th of July we will be recommencing charging our regular consultation fees. Please advise your doctor if the COVID-19 pandemic has caused you financial strain.
We will still be routinely bulk billing those with pension and concession cards.
For the time being, all telehealth consultations will be bulk billed for patients who have attended the practice in person within the last 12 months. We can provide telehealth consultations privately for patients who have not attended the practice in the last 12 months, however there will be no Medicare rebate for this. This change is the result of a government ruling effect as of the 20th of July 2020.
Thank you for your cooperation during this challenging time.
PLEASE CALL THE PRACTICE TO BOOK TELEHEALTH CONSULTATIONS OR USE OUR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM HOTDOC.

Changes to fees:
As of the 1st of July 2019, follow up appointments will now be charged, but at a reduced fee.
We have also reduced the upfront costs for long consultations(> 20 minutes) and prolonged consultations.(>40 minutes). This reduction now means that the out of pocket expense is uniform for regular, long and prolonged consultations.
