Novel coronavirus (covid-19) health alert
IMPORTANT UPDATE 23/4/20
We are encouraging as many people as possible to stay home, practice social distancing and self-isolation for possible infectious upper respiratory symptoms. To support us in this, the government have introduced special medicare items for managing health care at a distance. Telehealth consultations are now available at our practice to minimise contact for both patients and doctors during this difficult time.
ALL TELEHEALTH CONSULTATIONS ARE NOW BULK BILLED.
We still have doctors in the practice to perform examinations and vaccinations if they are required. Following a telehealth consultation, if necessary, the doctor will ask you to attend the practice. We ask that you please call from the car park and wait in your car. A member of staff will contact you when the doctor is ready for you.
Please note, you must have been seen by a doctor at the practice at least once in the previous 12 months.
PLEASE CALL THE PRACTICE TO BOOK TELEHEALTH CONSULTATIONS OR USE OUR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM HOTDOC.

Changes to fees:
As of the 1st of July 2019, follow up appointments will now be charged, but at a reduced fee.
We have also reduced the upfront costs for long consultations(> 20 minutes) and prolonged consultations.(>40 minutes). This reduction now means that the out of pocket expense is uniform for regular, long and prolonged consultations.
